Our aim is to help build a community service to help technology students use and build websites on the cloud.

Most students will learn by doing. We offer a peer mentoring system which will allow to network and find someone to work with their projects. The cloud career path is a vast career encompassing devops, web development, monitoring, maintenance and infrastructure management. We believe the best way is for students to start on projects and have a mentor that guides them as they do the project.

Do not expect the silver spoon treatment, as most mentors are busy with their own careers as well. Instead, we expect mentors to share their resources to learn. Since our mentors are volunteers, anyone with the experience or knowledge can be a mentor. We vet our mentors well and make sure they meet the minimum requirements to be a mentor - which is either experience or certification. We also have an internal rating system that helps students choose their mentors from those with experience in their specific domain to mentors that are more generalist in their approach.

Although we are a community formed in the Philippines, people outside the Philippines can be a mentor as well as long as they can speak a common language with our students.
